Strategic Planning
Are you looking at the future of your business?
Many of our consulting assignments focus on clients' wish to understand completely new elements of business and/or the need to plan logistics capacity and resource to meet the future requirements of their supply chains.
The strengths we bring to this area of work include: confidentiality, imagining an operation that doesn’t yet exist at different points in its growth, data visualisation, analysis, fact-based assumptions and logistics modelling. We have specialised software to enable us to do this quickly and effectively, but we often also build tailored models in Excel so that they can be easily understood and subsequently used by the client.
Our models allow the implications of assumptions to be explored and ensure that the results are robust, putting calculations around risk, enabling what-ifs, sensitivity analysis and identification of breakpoints: at what point would you make a different decision?
